If you want a vet that cares about your pet more than your money, DO NOT come here. I bought my dog in because she was breathing out of the ordinary and they told me she was fine but they can take a $300 blood test IF we wanted, result came back fine but what did they test for? Weeks later she was lifeless wasn't eating or moving just whimpering. We took her to another vet who took one look at her gums and said she was very ill they immediately took X-rays and put her on a drip. X rays came back saying she had fluid build up around her heart and possible cancer, the vet said this doesn't happen over night. Now I have a dog who is fighting for her life when if found earlier could have been easier to treat! 100% dislike this vet

I took my pet Panda here once when he was sick with the flu and they said they couldn't cure bears. Why do you call yourselves a vet then? :/

I can't speak highly enough about this Vet Clinic. Dr Darren and his team are caring, emphatic and very responsive. We have had our pets under the care of Somerville Vet since 2002. Recently we just had to make the unfortunate and sad decision to put our beloved pet Boxer dog down. The experience was so beautiful and peaceful. The team were so kind and respectful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Somerville Vet to anyone.

Dr Darren was caring. He explained the problem really clearly and we always new what we were faced with. The nurses were great, and they called up later to make sure we were happy with the service.
